everyone ive asked around town including some pretty respectable growers reccomend promix potting soil i was just wondering if anyone had anything to say on that topic and whatnots

The place I got my seeds from, highly and i mean HIGHLY recommends either Promix, OR a almost identical product I found at home depot called BM1.

Feel free to check out my grow for the BM1 info, I actually had 2 soils to start and one plant was doing so much better (BM1 soil) that I transplanted my other plant into it as well. After that I've had 2 nice healthy plants !!

Last I checked here in Canada (toronto atleast) they sell all sorts of types of promix at Lowes.

i got the bag here the only two mill and feed here in ak sold was the big bag or the not so big bag and it says its got some kinda fungus in it that helps vitamin abosorbtion

I use Pro Mix BX and it's Da Bomb! IMHO I mix in some worm castings and concentrated compost to give it a lil xtra zing. Works like a champ! You can also get a bag of Fox Farm Ocean (if you dont want to buy a big ole bail of Pro Mix) or there are auctions on e-bay for smaller portions of PM.

Hope that confuses you now. Just kidding

lol sweet my new seedies jusst cracked yesterday 5 out of 6 im pretty happy we have a huge growbox and plenty of expendable income so expect some more posts and some kick ass pics. always wanted to make some good bud porn

I've used pro-mix for 6+ years..I use it straight for seedlings and a 50-50% mix with a premium soil for the main grow...... great stuff....

gawd it smells so god damn good too

i just tested the ph and before i put my seedlings in there is 6.9 -7 too high and how could i bring it down a little i know vinegar and something else but what can i say im a dumb stoner lol
