i just recieved clones and i have them under 6 23watt red spec cfl's i have no acess to blue spec cfls so i want to know will those be sufficient to veg under?? will the end result be less potient because i didn't use blue spec for vegg?? is there either cheap way to make blue light?

no but.. but for good node spacing and growth you should use a higher spectrum.lower spectrum i hear cause stretching .. but you can grow it under them.
how big are they?

You won't notice a difference unless you grow 1 plant under Warm white's CFL's and 1 plant under Daylight CFL's.

You'll be fine. My plants are healthy my man just check out my journal. I am using two 2700K Warm white bulbs to veg and things are coasting. The biggest mistake you can make is worrying too much...!!
