I have 12 cfl's inside a rubber maid box and keep the temp in the mid 70's with some plexiglass acting as a cooltube. I will help you anyway I can..

13w CFL - 900 lumes each
42w CFL - 2700 lumes each

People say that you need blue light CFL for veg but I am using Warm white and my girls have doubled in size in 1 month after hooking up 5 lights to the 1 that I was running now it might be better if you have a mixture of cool and warm white to help your girls to do even better hope this hels a bit
