Definately not enough if you want to yield more than a joint between both plants. Lose the incandescent lightbulb, too, and go all CFL...Maybe get like 10 all together, so 250 actual watts. and that should grow a couple decent autos.
I cant seem to find a a CFL bulb over 25 watt. Would this light be suitable to grow 2 Ganja Dwarf Lowrider? I have a 60 watt incadescent spotlight bulb in my lamp shining on the plants at the moment. Would this be suitable? I have heard they are pretty much useless. Advice greatly appreciated.

10 bulbs! I was well off, excuse my idiocy I am very new to this. What kind of fixture would hold 10 bulbs? I am not working with a lot of space
Take a good look at your cfl or the package. Is that 25watt rating the equivalent of a higher wattage?

I'm pretty sure it was a 25 watt bulb plus that set up that Meta Synth just posted looks pretty bad ass. I think I may need to go back to the drawing board and re think this. I thought I could grow with one light and some TLC. What are does black plug looking things by the way for future reference?
Well, take your time. How large of a grow area do you have to wwork with? Almost as important as lighting is proper ventilation qand temperature control as well, so keep that in mind.

or you can pick up a 5 bulb bathroom light fixture at hd for $20, buy you 5 y adapters and 10 42w cfls and go to town
oooorrrrr, invest in a 4 lamp T5 HO fixture and go that way. Also as mentioned^^ proper ventilation is a key to a good grow room as well.
