First Time Grower(Using CFLs)

Good day RIU,

I'm new to growing and this will be my first attempt at it. At the moment I'm 19 days into growing. I got my inspiration from Lady J's rubbermaid CFL grow. I live on a tropical island and don't have the luxury of having most of the supplies that most of you have. Most of the weed we get either comes from Jamaica or the US. This first grow will be from some bag seed i had laying around but i have order 10 Northern Lights & 10 THC Bomb seeds. Just waiting for them to arrive(hopefully). The supplies I'm using are as followed:

Using Fafared Professional Soil Mix
6" Jiffy Pots to start
3 gallon pots
Using 2 42watt 6500k for veg
42watt 2700k for flowering when i get there
Rubbermaid is for Veg
Transforming a dresser into 2 flowering sections
My nutrients are from my local plant nursery

I have pics of everything i've done including my set up just need to get all the pics off my phone.

At this point I think i was over watering her. I stopped watering her for like 3 or 4 days and she bounced back.
