    Default Red spectrum and seeds

    Hi there, I have a small grow cuboard setup, and I have a plant just coming into flower stage so im using the red spectrum CFL bulb atm. My question is that is it ok to start a new seed using the red sepctrum bulb, or would i have to have it on blue spectrum?

    It's okay to start a seedling under the red spectrum will stretch a bit more but it will grow

    Red spec 2700ks are all i veg with i get less stretch than with mh because i leave them 1inch from the top of the plant

    i used whatever cfl i could but they are all either 2700 or 6500 k
