WW grow...looking for an answer to a lighting question. *URGENT Please

Hey guys, semi-new grower here and I have a possible dilemma. I have a white widow in full bud mode, 3 weeks into flowering and I NEED to change the lighting hours. Right now, the hours are 9am to 9pm is daylight, and 9pm to 9am is dark period. For stealth reasons, I need to change the hours to 8am to 8pm for daylight, and 8pm to 8am for dark. Would making this change affect the plant or stress it? Would it be best to make the change all at once or would a gradual transition be better. I have 4 days to get to the 8 to 8 cycle. Thanks to everyone here for all I've learned so far. I hope you guys can come through for me again! lol

I would go with a 24 hr darkness before the switch

the advise i got when i asked same ? the answer was if you want to change from 9/9 to 8/8 switch light of at 8pm back on at 8am but i would w8 for somone with more xp than me as i am only repeating what i have been told

I just switched my cycle from 12-12 to 11-11, no issues at all. Cannabis is an extrmely resillient plant that wants to grow. Don't over think it, they will be fine.

Yeah I agree Claude. These plants endure a hell of a lot more than a simple once and done one hour light cycle change and things turn out fine. Thanks for your input

So basically what you're saying is you want your lights to come on a hour earlier and go off a hour earlier than the schedule you're on now ?
Is this correct ?
