    Default Conditioning tablets

My dad has these conditioning tablets from homemade beer and I was wondering if I could use these, somehow, to supplement CO2 for my grow cabinet. If so, how would I go about doing that? The package reads, "3 tablets for low carbonation, 4 tablets for medium carbonation, and 5 tablets for high carbonation."
Not sure if it matters, but Ive got three plants with three cfls. Theyre about a foot tall about 3 1/2 weeks into flowering but I see very little-or very slow-bud growth.

you will see little and very slow bud growth only using 3 CFL's over 3 plants...unless those are 150 real watt CFL's(not equivalent)...co2 won't really help you

What would you suggest I do? Would it stress the plants if I changed lights? Its a cabinet so I was using CFL's for less heat because of the small area. Also I read about not putting a fan directly on them during the flowering stage, but the heat from the lights is possibly causing stress. Should I try to put the fan on them?

Also, Ive got mylar around the setup so there is very little escaped light, if any at all. That could hold heat as well. Would sacrificing the ambient light be worth the temperature drop?
