Hello and welcome!

This thread is a consolidation of other threads that I no longer can be arsed to maintain. Motivated by the herming of my Kush/Haze crop (my very first crop), but we'll say no more about that...

I currently have 2 x Exodus Cheese cuts flowering at 3 weeks and 1 week. One may be contaminated with pollen, the other is relatively safe. It's a finger biting race to find out!

In Veg I have a number of Mothers maturing; HW Fruit Punch, HW Budziller and DN Big Bud #1

I have some Fruit Punch cuts rooting in root riots and intend to throw two in the box as soon as they're ready enough.
Big Bud is a reg seed, my only one currently. And I have a sample in the box to find out it's sex.

My cabs;
Are in my shed.
Built using Cellotex for framework and sealed with duct tape. Then lined with Mylar.
The veg cab is quite small and low. It has 6 CFL bulbs 3 red and 3 blue rated at 14w and 30w respectively.
The flower cab is a tad higher, currently with 1 x 125w red CFL (recently upgraded from 1 x 65w) and I intend to add another 125w once I've got a new faster exhaust fan to remove the extra heat.
Both cabs use PC fans for air movement and venting, powered by regular household DC adapters.

Nutes;
I use Plant Magic Oldtimers Organic Bloom for my flower cab maybe once a week or so. Only water in the veg cab. My space is small so I don't want lots of uncontrollable growth. Small and bushy is the idea here.
I also use a thing called Boost, for vegging period which makes the soil nice (can't remember exactly what it does lol)

The idea and focus of my grow is 'budget'. Utilising stuff from around the home as much as possible and making things from scratch to avoid costs. So far it's been a blast and can't wait to actually get some bud from it!!

I am a little disappointed about the herming of my bagseed first attempt, but my hopes are high for the Cheese!

I tend to update with pictures once a week on Monday, so I'll maybe do a short recap of this current grow later today.

yeah ... bloody pictures and stuff! ... i'm just as bad... think i should update my critical jack thread ... its almost twice as big now hahaha my excuse is i need to dig out my camera charger from the storage locker... but hey i'm lazy

Smoke test is good, but lacking... I knew it would be. The smell is the best part so far lol

Cheese growth is amazing me more everyday with it's speed and phatness

Am looking forward for #2 to phat up as much as #1 has.

Temps are a tad high though at avg30C, had to leave the door open last night and I'll leave it for the day today to see how it copes with it. I really need to get this shed vented...

Fruit Punch clones seem to have definitely taken. The leaves have turned leathery and small amounts of plush green new growth has appeared, usually good signs. I'll wait for a few days before I decide whether to rush them into pots or not. No roots showing yet, so I still remain cautious...
