Hi I am planning on growing a couple of autoflowers, I'm new to this will one 125w cfl grow light be enough for two autoflowers and do I need to use both spectrums or can I get away with just using one?
Any advice on the best strains an what nutes to use etc would also be much appreciated

Cheers

you dont necessarly need 100 watt per plant, if you tell me how if its like 2600k or 6500k then that helps alot, if its 2700k then youll need more lighting like Wrekstar said but if its 6500k then it should do the job for normal growing, but since its autoflowering it could be different

If you got 4 full spectrum bulbs thats all you need.
With my autoflower, I used 6500K all the way till mid flowering.
Then I used 2 soft and 2 bright mix. Towards the end i used 2700K (4 soft)

he basically summed it all up, excellent video if thats yours really good for beginner growers answerals alot of questions. When you go to buy the lights just make sure you know what kind of light it is 2700k-6500k, you want 6500k for now. You can find 50 watt 6500k lights at walmart, thats where i bought all mine
