Angryblackman's 1st CFL Grow

It looks like this isn't your first CFL grow, but it is!! And i have to say, impressive setup Looks like you're doing your homework and i must admit, i feel a bit ashamed of my setup now, though i threw mine together in 2 hours and just kept adding to it. Like you said, you have the bug, so you'll see what works best for you after a couple grows. By the looks of it, with all the care you put into your setup, i'm sure you'll have no problems ironing out the wrinkles. Keep your thumbs green, bro!

Thanks for the props. I did a ton of research before getting started and I still have a ton of errors to learn from in the near future too. But it's all worth the fun that I am having with the project.

AngryBlackMan, I'm gonna call you ABM...So ABM, i'm on my first CFL grow right now too, you don't happen to be in Cali? You said it perfectly, i had some success outdoors, now i got the bug. I mean, still growing outdoors come spring, but why not a lil winter indoor if CFL's are so cheap? Ironing things out myself, wanting to expand already, but it's fucking fun, huh?! And all the errors you make along the way are totally part of the fun, not to mention the best way to learn. It's good to research, but nothing beats good ol' hands on experience.

P.S. Got a spare TV cabinet for me, mine is the retarded offspring of yours

A little about what I have in there...

Clones

2 GDP
2 Kushberry
1 Green Crack
1 Platinum OG
1 Redwood Kush
1 Pineapple Thai

In the other side is all bagseed but more than likely White Widow or Northern Lights.

I have them in SuperSoil and am using only collected rainwater and fish emulsion for Veg and will be using some Black Strap and Tiger Bloom for flower.

They are all on 24/0 and I will probably wait till they get a little bigger and take some clones before I start to flower them. If all goes well I will keep a couple of these in veg till it's time to take them outdoors. The redwood kush is probably the best candidate so far.

Your looking good, just dont get too far ahead of yourself! rofl, I have a 4x8ft that i wanted for everything, its full of budding plants now. I have 2 other closets full too, started to clone and had about a 50% success rate then added a simple heating pad under the clones pots and boom, 90% but boom plants grow big! I transfer to budding room about 3ft and 12 fills up my 4x8ft budding room.

You have 6 on one side and like 15 on the other, if they all have seedlings started, you deff going to outgrow that area.

Most of the ones on the right side aren't going to sprout. They have been sitting out there for about 2 weeks now and it's just a matter of me cleaning them out. I would say that I will only have about 6 on the right and 8 on the left once that's clean. Also keep in mind that I still have the bottom 2 areas that aren't being used at the moment and could easily converted into a seedling area on one side and a rooting clone area on the other. I am at capacity unless I find a few clones that I have been looking for and will not be adding any more until I start flowering.

I saw the bottom two compartments and instantly thought 12/12 from seed in one and cloning in the other ...your setup is really cool man i wish i would have put effort into my veg and flower areas like you did lol +rep
