No way those little things are actually 60w.after looking closer- They are not, i cant tell if it says 13w or 23w. Dont let them confuse you. Btw, i dont understand your question. how many lumens would what plant have? you mean how many each bulb? i dunno it probally says on the package but i cant see it, i'd guess 600 lumens each.

yeah they are 13w just go to wall mart or even some grocery stores have some 26w cfls.
