    Your plant can only grow as big as the container will let it. If it gets root bound it can die. 5 gallon buckets are ideal and can be bought at walmart for under 3 bux. But yea it can affect ur yield.
    The only thing sensible to do when doing what you love isn't supposed to be done is do it anyway and do it responsibly.

    Agree but i use 5-8 gallon pots the 5's for indoors and 8's for outdoor. but start in a 1 gallon

    I have one doing perfectly awesome in 1qt of dirt.. Vegged for 60 days, 4th week of flowering.. Just got to feed them almost daily.

    Same here, 1 gallon pot's feeding every 2 days now in flowering....But yes it will make a difference going min of 5 gallon next grow round!
