CFL for seedlings.

I have 1 soft white CFL lighting 4 small seedlings (2 Autoflowering White Russian 2 Bluberry Afgan) about 2-4 in. from them in a really small grow box. do you think this is sufficient enough lighting for them for another few days? they have been in here for two-or-so but i just want them to grow a little more before they go outdoors. i may be starting a grow journal later on. but the box is about 8. in. wide and 16 in. long and about a 12 in. tall with mylar covering all surfaces and a fan ventilating them as well as a place for the air to exit the box.
