You could use 42 watt bulbs, they are about 15-16 dollars a piece. Im using two right now on some bag seed.

Right now im using 4 CFL's for flowering my 2 plants. All of them are 26 watt but i have 2 6500k and 2 2700k. You can pick them up at lowes or home depot (i find lowes like a thousand times more helpful with finding things to get your indoor grow going). They have 2 packs of the 2700k 26 watt CFL's for about 7 dollars but they only sell the 6500k in singles at $4.50. I'm about 2 weeks flowering and its looking might fine my friend

For my first grow, I bought 6 in total used 3 for veg. and the other 3 for flowering. Cool white, and warm.

You can get a 2' T5 from home depot for $25. This way you can add more lights to your setup as you can afford them. I have a 16 bulb T5 I made from the Home depot lights. I have been vegging in them though, works great for that but you want to keep you plants short, otherwise the light will not reach the bottom of the plant. I am sure they would work OK for flowering, never as good as HID though.

Uhh the brand is Bright Effects, but when you buy them make sure that they're the energy star ones because they get more penetration so therefore more light on your plants lower limbs

I got my flowering CFLs at Home Depot
They are 2700k, 42 ACTUAL WATTS, and cost like $7.30 a piece or something
I'm using six right now for two plants, they love it

I JUST came back from Home depot and I was checking out their CFL's. A 42 watt bulb was 7.50 and a 63 watt (or close) was 15 dollars. If I gad room for it I'd go with three of the 63 watt bulbs. They're huge but you will get MUCH better/more bud with them since they penetrate further and you lose less light between the spirals.
