revegging

exactly how long does it take for a plant to get back into veg. from flowering?? i know it takes "a while" but how long is that

i just put a plant back into reveg. its weird it didnt take long but the leafs on the bitch are round. i heard thats a trait mj puts out when reveged so look for round leaves.

my experience is it takes a month to see new vegetative growth, at least that was my experience

Im reflowering an opium female that I picked about 4 months ago.It takes about two weeks to show the first mutant growth.It will grow out of the mutant stage.Im going to get another two ounces it looks like.Ive also cloned this hazy bitch and turned her on to my buddy.....peace

thanks bro., i dident know it was that complicated..thought you just switch light cycle back over..waste of a month

i really have to chop more than half of it down??? bummer.. are all these steps completely necessary??

not so much complicated, but it can be quite an investment in time
makes sense for certain situations, like when you find a very nice female that you didn't clone at the start
but it was a long time to rooted clones

ok this is the deal
i started a 12/12 with 2 seeds luckily enough their both female.,i thought itd be a good idea to beef these shrimps up a lil more so threw em back into veg...,am i better off just putting back into 12/12.,i mean..these lil girls got a shitload of trichs and some pistils are turning brownish.,ahh this blows

in the long run, you'll have nice mothers
but if you can smell the sweet smells of trics, well that takes some will power

so simply turning the lights from 12/12 to 18/6 does absolutely nothing?? if not im throwin these sluts back into flowering.. need some more suggestions to wrap this up cmon fellas ill blaze you up

whoops, didn't mean to confuse the situation
going back to 18/6 will put your babies back into vegetative
i meant that the investment in time is something only you can judge, reveg will likely add at least 6 weeks to your harvest time, maybe longer if you want large plants
i didn' harvest my reveg, just cloned so add the grain of salt to that

one last item i'll add, and hope it doesn't add to confusion
there is a chance of revegging turning a plant hermie
many growers that reveg will just flower long enough to reveal females
then they will use these as mother for clones, they don't mind a hermie so much because it identifies those plants that aren't worth keeping
