can you mix it up

i have a grow box with a 9 inch warm white florescent bulb on the side of my box. i also have two 23 watt daylight cfl right above my plant. i was wondering if i can mix up my light and give them some soft white cfl as well as the two daylight cfl

You want about 70/30 6500k/2700k in veg, and the reverse in flower.
