2-4 42 watt 6500k per plant for veg then 2-4 42watt 2700k for flower. Thats 5600 to 11200 lumens per plant.

Looks like your doing O.K what do you have going now?

Well I have one plant and and my box is about 30"height by 20"width 12" deep.. I have one 68watt cfl 300watt equivalent (supposedly I heard here on RIU that thats not really the true wattage equivalent output 300watts so what is the true output??) and a 42watt cfl 150 watt equiv, should be enough for one plant?? I know my yield isint gonna be all that great but what can I expect?? atleast Its my own grown and not that dirty shwag weed thats found on the streets by random dealers.

tone,

I think your plant is looking pretty good. The watts per square foot your are using is 66. That's not the optimum you see quoted here, but well within the range that is quoted for a successful grow. 50-100 watts per square foot seems to be quoted quite a bit. Another measure that is mentioned is 100 watts for the 1st plant.

What caught my attention is my grow watts per square foot is 65, so we're lock in step on that score. I'm using 78 watts in a 1.2 square foot tube. 2 weeks into flower, so I think about 1-2 weeks behind yours. Ways to go, but things are looking ok, we'll see where we end up. Best of grow luck.

You're probably good for the moment. My guess is your 100 watt cfl's are 26w(or so) cfl's, these are often labelled as '100 watt incandescent equivalent'. If that's true, you will need more for 15 plants in flower.
