CFL Hydroponic Micro Grow
This is a grow for anyone who is in an apartment and doesnt have much space, like me. Not sure how it will finish out but its doin ok so far. i started in late January. It is now spring break and i am still up at college alone cuz i dont want to leave my plants considering one hasn't shown sex yet. I planned on having a grow cab from the start, but was too excited to start growing once i got the stuff. I later found the cab i wanted and moved my plants from a small cardboard box set up (lame) to the grow cab i bought at a hardware store and lined with mylar i ordered online. Just a simple bubbleponic set up tubberwear containers with the air stone and the plants in baskets above it and all that stuff. I use Botanicare's Pure Blend Pro Grow for veg and Botanicare's Pure Blend Pro Bloom for flowering. This is i guess my first real grow, so any suggestions would be helpful. Ill get more pics of how exactly my cab is set up if people are interested but i dont have pics now. I do have pics for my plants from the end of January up until now. I had 4 plants then but one was dying and i pulled it. Here is my first plant. this one has been flowering about 17 days now. I sadly had to do ALOT of trimming early on because i had no space for the plants all to get light. Dumb but they seem to have turned out ok with all the hacking i did i didnt put those pics up of this plant cuz i dont like them. The dates they were taken are in the file names. these and the more pics that will follow shortly of my 4 other plants!

These are my 2 plants i started with the 1st one. The smaller of the 2 just showed female signs today. The bigger one should be showing any day now. weird lookin plants too =P

This is the seed i started after the other ones planted them in the first week of feb. Im learning with the first 3 to do these ones. I have a dro and soil grow. The drow is a feminized white widow seed and the soil is a Mazar x Afghan seed I got free from http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/ Both looking very nice. I Only cut a few fan leaves off either when they gor as big as my hand, and the mazar grows in my roomates room in his micro soil grow. mazar has HUGE leaves compared to other very small cannabis plants but it is looking greaat even after the trim. Just started flowering on both this week, waiting for signs. This is the white widow

For some reason my comp wouldnt let me upload more pics on a single reply. this is the last post. ill get something better figured out. in the mean time here are some pics of the Mazar x Afghan im growing in soil. Started in a solo cup then moved to a bigger pot. this one was also planted in the first week of february. I trimmed off 2 very large fan leaves so some of the nodes under them could get some light. Very thick stalk. dark leaves. exactly what is expected. enjoy!!

I have them in 3in nets and 2 plants per 3gal rez (16"x11" tubberwear) i just pulled them out to take pics of them and put them on a lid with one hole in the middle. I am using 6 23watt softwhite CFL's the cheaper ones from walmart.Originally Posted by Mr.Funk

I then have an older pic of the cab from mid feb while all 4 plants were in one chamber. the top right chamber is now being used for 2 of my plants. Also getting the cab ready for the other 2 chambers on the left and the cloning chamber on top, but i need to get a good inline fan.
p.s. i would get a better pic of my rez and of how my set up all works later today maybe if i can get ahold of a camera.
