Question about Personal Production Lisense?

No one can give you a better answer than HC. However it's my understanding that any one person can grow for two so in your case you could grow for one other person besides your own. Don't quote me my understanding could be mistaken.

Check the state statutes where you live.

Technically you CAN grow for other MMAR license holders, however you are required to send in the appropriate designated grower application with both your and the patients info. Here is the link to the form you need to fill out.

I am currently growing for 2 others and myself, I had to apply for a DG license to grow for others. For the license you are required to do a criminal check, this trips a lot of people up.

Hi I was just recently approved to grow for myself as well. I also want to grow for others but the law I see is the max you can grow is 2 per household. Just curious if that is not true since you are growing for yourself and 2 others
