Health Canada recieved my paperwork this morning...

mine was exactly 12 weeks to the day, tho I've heard 8 weeks is also a possibility.

Do all patients that are diagnosed by specialists with cat 1 and cat 2 guaranteed to get approved? or will i be spending all this time and effort for a waiting game just to be denied for no good reason.

The Doctor is the one who authorizes it, HC makes it legal, HC cannot deny a patient authorized by their doctor, they can however, deny them the ability to produce their own if they have insufficient security, are trying to grow next to a school, have serious criminal offenses etc.

if you send in cat 1 and cat 2 they (hc) will send them back to you saying that you gave too much info they (hc) sent mine back to me so i could take out cat 2 and send back in and wait another 4 weeks till i got a card but not a real card just a pink paper saying approved and what not

Good for you, congrats. I wish you luck just be careful eh. Keep it to yourself and if growing outdoors try to go with strains that don't stink. I own 2 attack dogs and guns to protect my meds, never had a problem like many others but that license doesn't protect you from thiefs. It is a proud moment to get your MMAR but if you follow the first rule of growing "keep to oneself" with family/friends and some luck you will succeed

I have both guns and dogs. If they want it take it but I doubt they will find it on my large tract of land.

Come into my house and want to do harm to myself or my family and I guarantee you will look like a screen door in a hurry.

Yes it's all on a need to know basis.

My closest police station is 25 mins away, closest house miles. Depends on your situation but one must keep tight lips and keep there garden secure from entering the streets. If the thiefs have guns and you don't YOU CAN DIE, thiefs can shoot dogs but they are my first defense. Last month 3 armed guys shot a MMAR exemptee 15 mins away from the station, sad but true. Best of luck Garm and not even something i like to think about but prepared...
