Buying seeds legally?

Doesn't seem to be illegal to buy or own seeds of any kind of plant but growing them is. But I think its prohibited to enter seeds of any kind into the country without a permit or something so they can get stolen at customs if bought overseas.

It is still illegal to purchase seeds from anyone other than HC in Canada to produce cannabis. The way around this law is that most of the stores that sell them do so as novileties or souvineers. Like Pharoah said a grey zone. Buy from where you want and what you want. They will send them too you or sell them as a legal product, what you do with it afterwards is your business.

My mom is getting her license in a few days, we were told the only legal way to gets seeds is through the government and the information on purchasing seeds from the government comes with your license. Pretty sad how they are monopolizing seeds for patients but I guess that's how governmental capitalism works.

Don't buy their seeds, buy from Attitude seed bank, Vancouver seed bank, or one of the other reputable seed banks, screw the government, they screw us enough anyway.

lol XD it's funny because it's true. Some seed banks are selling seeds for so much money. We should have the option of buying clones. I remember talking with the government about buying seeds, they said that they'd sell 10 seeds for 30 dollars. Pretty cheap but they probably genetically altered the seeds to produce less THC or something.
