Application renewal

I am renewing my licence, my dr is prescribing me a higher dosage does this mean I have to re apply again or can I use the form R ? Thx for any help I don't want to send in an in complete application and have to wait longer.

If you request change of any kind, quantity, doctor, addy anything. You must go through the whole process again.

Unless things changed since last year. We moved and my wife went through it, sad thing was in the time she was doing that I was diagnosed with cancer and recieved my license. My license was in hand a week before she got her's.
