I can only imagine the family lives of these thugs. You know the wife is quite and meek...afraid to drop anything or make a spill...knowing that Hubby could go off the handle anytime and punch her right in the dick-sucker. All the while she smiles half hearted, wondering what she did wrong in life to end up with such a loser.

I believe there is a max IQ to be in law enforcement. If the cops get too smart they may refuse to terrorize US citizens. They're looking for simple minded followers who enjoy killing dogs and beating women.
