I am more interested in why you think Og Kush is the better Medical marijuana for patients with chronic pain? Now before you call me a troll, start to act like someone that knows what the fuck they are talking about and prove me wrong and explain your reasoning for that pick. I will not try to dispute your response I just want to see if you can explain it. I am surprised you didn't call it "dank" You really are trying hard to solidify your position in this forum but you do not get a free pass.
Og kush being a 60% sativa and 40% indica and thc % of an average 20% Its a fine candidate. Its Indica percentage allows for a good body high to relief most pain, and it sativa dominance genetics allows for such a high thc percentage and strong overall long lasting high. You also have to remember not all medical patients medicate to relieve pain, many have anxiety, or insomnia, or glaucome in which certain strains work better

Yah I have seen alot of strains test reports and know the trends that occur in genetics. I am super picky about what i smoke and i have to say Og kush is one of the only strains to satisfy my taste for quality

hey gc give supersnowdog a run if ya can find the clone or seeds.. great all around.. also double dawg is some great smoke also. i like o.g kush but the yield is shitty,but great smoke
I find it really depends because I medicate to help me with a pretty wide variety of symptoms. I have noticed some patterns tho...
Romulan or Space Queen (especially these but also just indicas in general) both seem to chill me out and put me in sleep mode better than anything else, and also work great for all kinds of pain
Kush strains (I really like bubba, and Pure kush aka PK when I can find it) seem to work really well for aches and wrist/hand/joint pain. Something about good kush just makes me go numb (in a good way) and it also seems to work the best for nausea and stomach issues.
(including appetite!=
om nom nom!)
Sativas and some sativa hybrids(love Jack H as well as xj-13, maui wowie and others) work great when I'm anxious or depressed or when I just want take my mind off all my medical BS and how much it sucks to feel sick all the time.
(This is one of my favorite benefits and I think an often overlooked medical benefit of marijuana... sometimes when I'm all good and lifted I think of it like I'm getting a break from being a sick person because I get to be a stoned person for a while instead. Lifes all about perspective...)
Some good high quality sativa always seems to calm my brain down nicely without putting me to sleep or parking me on the couch.
I find the science of what strains help people with what issues really interesting. (I'm kinda a science/biology nerd, but... terpenes and spectrometer testing = super interesting!) I'd love to hear more about what other strains people find useful for various conditions.

im epileptic so sativas are great (before n after an episode), kush/indicas are good for body pains (sometimes headaches)..
*in-regards to whats a good medical cannabis strain? first of all, i think its "redundant" to mention medical before "cannabis".. when (Cannabis L. Sativa) IS medical to begin with... --oh well, guess its just me :P
--cheers ,
and almost forgot.. everyone should try Sohum's (sour Tsunami).. CBDs![]()
