what is eating my plant?

    its only a few leaves, but i don't want it to get worse...i sprayed neem, but i don't think its doing the job.

    looks like worms or caterpillars. BT is safe and and effective control for these pests. many times i can catch the assholes at night with a flashlight or put the plants in the dark for an hour or so and then turn the lights on. during daylight hours most of the worms retreat into the soil.GL

    is BT an abbreviation? I've gone out at night...was just out, not a slug, snail, worm, caterpillar in sight...but its literally only like 10 leaves out of 100s on the plant that are eaten, so i guess i wouldn't expect to find hordes of them.
