haha i dunno...they are everywhere around here. i'm on the south east coast.

I think that it is an anole. It makes sense you'd live in the southeast as that is where they indigenous. I used to chase those guys around Orlando when I was younger. Definitely a nice "pest" to have around. I should gather some and toss them in my tent. heh.

I used to have several of these living in my house among my plants. I even found some outside frozen one winter and brought them inside where they thawed, and revived! I have many geckos that live with me now. They are great mosquito catchers. The anoles rule the day here and the geckos come out at night.
