i noticed tiny springtails on my soil how can i kill them off?

awesome the pepper sprays a no no as its illegal in the uk (i know i know im growing weed and im worried bout pepper spray lol) ill get fly catcher paper tomorrow and ill look for azomax too. no sure where ill get neem oil..... ur a scot too

Insect soap, or something like SM-90.
If I uderstand right, springtails are relatively harmless, and have a 3 month cycle.
