Help save my plants!

Hello, my first grow here and i'm encountering unusual activities with my plants.

1. Black Dots
2. White Dots

They're not happening on a daily basis but they come at random times. Yesterday was the first time seeing mutiple sightings, usually i see a dot or two whenever they come. I'm not sure what approach to take here as I'm not even sure if it is a BUG problem, can I get a little help?

Soil

• Roots Organic Green Lite

Water

• Tap water that sits out for 48 hours and then gets PH'd to 6-6.5 after nutes.

Nutrients

• BOTANICARE CNS17 grow
• 1ml per liter of water and lately been giving nutes every feeding which has been everyday eversince this Monday and the plants love it! They just keep growing and growing.

Plant strain

• Larry OG
• Grape APE

those plants look to small to feed daily? but hey if it works for you go for it lol, but they look fine it dosent look like spider mites or anything that i can tell. Goodluck

oh and maybe try a little preventitinve neem oil, thats what im using.
