Default Seedlings in party cup have, Got Bugs!

Just saw them. Little baby knats or something similar in the top soil. Could have been in my potting soil from the store. I moved the seedlings out of the grow room. Then sprayed some Clear Zone I, around the entire area and closed the door.

Now, since these are seedlings, I can take them completely out of the soil, where absolutely no soil remains.

My question is if this will be good enough to clear my issue? I want zero bugs. Starting over is fine time wise, but losing the seeds is not good. The little bugs can't be in the stem or anything, right?

My plan is to replant in Ocean Forest tonight.

    Any advice?

Top dress soil with diatomaous earth. Some azamax too. I'm trying those mosquito cakes flushed in. I've heard of great results from them. I put yellow sticky traps up too to monitor.
Have a great one. Advice is for folks with a legal grow and worth what you paid for it.

Yes, I have the yellow sticky traps as well. Not sure if my baby bugs got that far yet.

Since they're seedlings, I can completely replant in different soil altogether. I wouldn't need to treat new soil. My seedlings are only a week old, so they only have the one taproot still. I was only hoping the bugs couldn't get into the stem or something.
