Thrips, Neem, Pyrethrum

Hey guys,

I have thrips and have been battling them for about 6 months. I've been able to harvest each crop, but they always seem to come back even though I keep them at bay. I really just wanna eliminate these little pests once and for all. I read an article saying to combine neem oil with pyrethrum (I'm assuming something like end all would be acceptable), to really throw a curve ball at them because it seems like neem oil just slows them down but never really completely eliminates them. I am just wondering if anyone has any experience with combining these 2 in one spray, and if so, what concentration I should use. Should I cut back on the concentrations a bit? How effective was this combination for you? On a side note, I use to have problems with spider mites, but since I got rid of them and now have a thrip issue I haven't seen them! Do thrips eat mites? All I ever had problems with were mites till I got thrips?? Anyone have any info on this?

monterrey garden insect spray will get rid of thrips easily & it's omri certified
couldnt agree more!

its active ingredient is spinosad which is a bacterium that was found by a vacationing scientist in an old RUM distillery.

it kills many other pests too.

One other question regarding spinosad, how late into flower is acceptable to use this product? I'm at about 3 weeks in right now. I tried to get this product before but of course its not available in Canada, like everything else that works can't get it here. But I live by the border so heading over is no big deal, and I have family just over the border so it makes it simple to have stuff shipped there.

i have successfully sprayed spinosad as late as 6weeks of flowering.

3weeks you will be fine.

i cant get spinosad in the UK and have to pay $19.99 for a pint with an added $34 to fly it to me.

BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

when spraying during flowering make sure you do it at the start of your 12/12 and try not to soak your buds in it.
