Leaves being eaten!!!

I got no idea what the hell is happening. It's my first grow and it's about the 4th or 5th week. Please let me know what to do, the pictures our on my profile (sorry about that).

I dont get it. So you wanna eat your leaves man? or do you need help on which leaves to eat lol, im soo lost right now, i wanna help u tho
