.....51 days into my hydro grow...spidermites snuck in.....what the fuck should i do? they have reached the tops of the leaves. is it to late spray something on them? i have my 4 plants in a tight nit scog..

It's not too late. There are several products that can be used up until the day of harvest. Check out some of the online pesticides; especially the "Safer" or "Safeway" brands.

How did you not find out about this earlier??

This late in the stage will only hurt your grow but your not out of time.

The best thing you can do is to pick up some Neem Oil. Get it from a nursery or where ever, there $13 for the small bottles.
(I believe this stuff is safe for your buds)

So spray your plant down, let it recover, then spray is down with a Iso/water mix at 10% iso to water, again, let the plant recover.
Then spray it down with neem oil, and if you can lower the temps a bit, this will only further encourage the mites to leave.

Wait a few days and spray it down again, by now they should be dead/gone

Do not spray neem on buds! Once you do just throw them out you will no want to smoke them. Get Hot Shot from a home depot type store and leave it there for a few days then take it out and seal it in a baggy. They will die and your plants will be fine.

Don't spray neem on your flowers!
Dilute it and rub it on your leaves with a sponge or a brush.

Swab under leaves with rubbing alcohol..........lay heavily sand at base so as to not allow eggs to hatch, thus allowing future generations to wreak havoc.
