Rotting Buds...Found bug under scope

So I cut off a couple brown buds on one of my plants. I figured it was from the rain we got a couple weeks ago (was only for a few hours and it got warm later that day). I was looking at a portion of the small bud that wasn't brown and looked in fairly good condition. I put my eye to the scope and right where I looked there was a small yellow colored bug. It had two T-rex type legs in the front and a couple hind legs. Looking through the other parts of the bud I can't find any other bugs. Should I be worried?

I cut off the only 2 buds that were brown. It hasn't rained since 2 weeks ago and has been consistently in the low to mid 70s. I'm assuming the brown buds mean it's mold but thinking about it, it doesn't make much sense. There's been a whole lot of wind and warmth that should have got rid of the moisture pretty quickly.

Whats the dirt like if its to soggy or to moist it will cause roots to rot and this will cause bud mould too.
