Default Little black Bugs
Hiya All
First post so bare with us please.
Found these little black bugs on the underside of our leaves today. Bugs are about 1/2 mm in sizes and can be seen by eye. We are 4 weeks into flowering Bubble Gum. Of 3 plants, 1 is very infested, 1 slightly and the other no signs yet. There is a very small "fluffy" white patch on the edge of 1 leaf, not sure if this is some sort of mold or the dreaded "web" of spider mite.

Pic 1. You can just see the Bugs on the bottom left of the 2nd section and the backlit section of the 3rd.
Pic 2. Infested first plant.
Pic 3. Sorry but this is as close as we can get with our camera.
Pic 4. The "fluffy" white patch.

Hopefully one of you great guys can ID this for us.
Thanks

Look like spider mites to me, but hard to tell with the picture. If they are then u need to start moving to slow them down. They suck to deal with and they move quick! I used everything from 2 drops of dawn dish soap in a sprayer bottle, to Ortho 3-1 pesticide. There's also a rubbing alcohol remedy floating around out there (sorry don't know it). Hopefully someone else will be of better help. Good luck!

Ok, here goes. Had some HiBiSOL and HiBiscrub in the cupboard. This is an antimicrobial hand scrub. This stuff contains chlorhexidine gluconnate solution 0.5%, isopropyl isostearate, cyclomethicone 5, purified water. Mixed the HiBiSOL 50 / 50 with water and maybe 20ml of HiBiscrub. Looked up each ingredient and none appear to be "deadly". All used in cometics / mouthwash / contact lens solutions. If anyone knows different please let us know.
Anyway, gave the most infested plant a good spray with this today. Done this in mid dark period as did not want to spray near to lit CFL grow bulbs. Will repeat this again over the next few days and keep you informed.
Any more advice greatly welcomed.

OK, here goes again. Looked under kids microscope (100x and 200x) and its Spider mites for sure. Can even see the eggs. Used the above mixture 2 days running. Can still see the odd mite here and there but no movement. Some of the bigger fan leaves lower on the plant "curled" and darkened around the edges. Did notice slight drop where the Crystals was appearing around upper leaves. But the plant seems OK in the main. We plan to respray in a couple of days and then again a few days later. We dont want the eggs to hatch and breed if we can help it.
Will keep an update on here.
