I am pretty sure it will not throw a set of true leaves. More than 50% of the siblings don't show true leaves. They only have cotyledons that turn into embryonic leaves.

I think this sibling will make it, but the first set of true leaves are not uniform.

Some of the seedlings that don't/won't make have what looks like a female flower.

The mother and father plant were siblings.....for a few generations. here is a diagram, but it goes back more generations.

    This is the mother, C4:

Can you give me advice on Harvest time for good seeds, I crossed 2 plants for the seeds, I dont want to harvets when the plants is ready to smoke if the seeds are not mature. Any advice for getting working seeds, I am in week 8 of flower with about 30% seeds on the buds,, pulled off a seed a few days ago and it was green and small. I screwed up the first time by harvesting to early.. is there anything special I am looking for or need to do to make sure the seeds are good?

I would give the seeds at least 4-5 weeks. Lots of times I do more, as it shouldn't hurt the seeds. I am ok with having some small green seeds as long as there are at least 25% of the seeds look viable. You can keep checking on seeds to see if they look ready. Some seeds may start to fall off of the plant. When that happens, I almost always harvest.

This is the only plant that made it from that round of germination.

    It decided to top itself.
