How long before pollen drops?

Help me out guys and gals...

:?:

I have four pretty good looking Master Kush growing under CFL's. Way down at the bottom of the box is this male of an unknown strain. It did come from a good bag of "commercial" weed. It wasn't a well tended green weed or anything and sure didn't have a name but it wasn't half bad. Looks a bit sativa like leave wise which I don't really want for outdoors New England but wtf. The only reason he was in the box was a test. I wanted to see how much woody stem I could sink below the soil level and still have that stem set roots. Sinking tomatoes to the top set of leaves does no harm get the roots deep, cool and moist outdoors and I wanted to see how weed would react. Opps, wandered again. SHIT!

:?::?::?: I thought I would pollinate a small bud on an MK with this guy just for fun and I know the genetics will be at least half good. The guy IS ready to POP his nut so I want to get it out of the box. Do you think I can just put the little fellow in a paper bag and let it finish with no light at all? Do you think the pollen would be viable if I pushed it? I'm sure the pollen has to be "ripe" but do you think it's ripe now?

Thanks for letting me pick your brains. I gotta move fast! This little guys could pollinate my whole box overnight. It's not that a little seed I just don't want the plants to put the brakes on bud production. Once they set seeds their job is done.

Well if you have females in the same area you will pollinate them all..best to remove the male now since it looks very close to opening time for flowers.....

when they open just put a plastic lunch bag over the flower and tap it so pollen will fall in bag..do to all the flowered areas....then when your females bud use a q=tip and dip into bag of pollen and dab the female flowers...mark the branches you pollinated so you can watch progress and see if it took...
