The strongest strain. lets hear it.

tangerine dream claims to have a minimum thc content of 25% but I smell bullshit I watched a bunch of green house grow videos most of the strains claim over 20% thc but when they grow them from clone they don't get close to what they advertise its all marketing they just through a crazy number out and we buy them

I'm sure thats not the stongest of all time that just out of people who won cups not every grower/breeders strongest shit its all on the grower/breeder to produce the strongest plant ever not the strain I garrenty you won't grow a gth#1 thats that strong that was their best of the best pheno they found in that strain I'm sure theirs better phenos with different strains though

That's the lineage for JTR, I've never had the pleasure of growing one of these puppies, actually (no hating please) I've yet to grow any TGA seeds. I don't hate on them or anything, I just haven't got there yet. I have heard a lot of good things about Jack The Ripper though and rightfully so considering the lineage, just about every strain in the mix is a power house on it's own.

The OG Ghost Train Haze is at a whopping 25.79%, according to the May issue of High Times magazine entitled "The Strongest Strains On Earth" ... but these were the results from the cup, they didn't even list strains that were below 20% thc content, the thing is that THC is not the only contributing factor in potency. 1st of all, it depends on what you're looking for and how you're measuring the potency of your smokes. There are many, many cannabinoids in cannabis that have a psychotropic effect on your brain... there are even strains that harness cannabinoids that aren't found in other strains; also consider the fact that cannabidiol blocks the effects of THC to a degree but works well for medicine because of it's tiring/munchies qualities. You could have a strain that tests 25%+ but if it were to have very high levels of any of the cannabinoids that fight against the effects of THC, then it wouldn't seem as "potent" if the THC content is what's considered potency.

Serious seeds: AK47, just about anything
DNA Genetics: Lemon Skunk, R.K.S.
Reserva Privada: The OG #18
Emerald Triangle: Grapefruit Krush, Trinity Kush and Emerald Jack (Emerald OG Kush X Jack Herer)

There are waay too many variables (strain, environment, growing methods, tolerancy, time flowered, time cured, method of ingestion, etc.) for anyone to pick a definite "most potent strain", especially since good growers are few and far between.

I really like TGA Vortex, Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze, and G13 Labs Pineapple Express. I bought the pineapple express after I saw the movie as kind of a joke but after growing it and testing her out I understood why they used that strain for a Hollywood film.

I agree, but some of it's hybrids are quite good......case in point, Breeders Choice "Anesthesia". The strongest Herijuana hybrid smoke I've had in the last couple of years.
