Today my seeds arrived 10 Pchunks from Barney's via the tude. I plan to germ them as soon as I decide my course of action. Mainly seed to harvest or seedling to clones... I've never done clones before but see the potential in savings when it comes to seed purchases. However it does add time to the growing process which I am not a fan of. Yesterday I soaked 5, Cali Connection 818 Headband beans in 5.9 ph water with a drop of superthrive. They all were on the bottom of the shot glass this morning except 1, that sank after stirring. Just dropped them about 1/4 inch into root riot cubes that soaked in the same solution as above overnight. Gonna keep them dark and warm ( about 75 degrees ) for 24 hours then put them under cfl's and wait for the ladies and gents to appear. Pics upon germination.
Hey all, this is my first time with Cali Cannection, LA affie and chem91reg, that was a freebie 10 pack and 6pack fem. its been looking pretty sad on the results level. Every seed germinated, where the seed cracks. And the ail pops thru, all of them did, only 8 of the 10 sprouted, and on two of them (shown) are very yellow and mutated, nothing coming out. Well, its pre-day 1 and I'm just going to get the seeds germinating. With luck they'll only take a day or two to crack and I'll have them planted before I'd like the light cycle to start so they can start her first day of life. The seeds are from a friend, non-femmed but they can be one of 3 strains. Something called Panama Red, Northern Lights Blueberry (OH PLEASE!!!!) and something like Purple Star?
