Uggs are not on sale till about late spring and close to summer time. If youre lucky, you might be able to find a pair on the sale rack at Nordstroms. Sometimes, I see uggs for cheap price at like TJ maxx or Marshalls, but theyre usually like pink, orange, blue.. you know not the neutral colors... i wouldnt want them payless for sure has them.. As well as wet seal. A guy's opinion (and please don't kill me, :P): neither. All the girls seem to be wearing those nowadays... honestly, I don't know one ...
