I'm going to have to finish the last weeks of 12/12 for my White Widows under the 4' T5 HO instead of the HPS. Ok, I got my Auto's into the Root Riot cubes and into the Aero. I show the sprout in paper towel and ziplok, then split the cubes in center to place starter root seedling up to the very top. I do this because I read that sometimes the roots can have a hard time at first in the riot cubes. Then placing them into the holes in the Aero which closes the cut I make to fit the seedlings, then watering until soaked. The airstone in the tank will bubble up and barely catch the initial root when it protrudes ...
