Just wondering if anyone has any proven germination practices or what not. I'm looking for something fast and effective but safe as well. I don't want to hurt my baby ladies!! I'm will be using Age Old Grow & Age Old Bloom nutes after a couple weeks of veg but I recently read that you could add a little of the veg nute (Age Old Grow) in a cup of water and drop the seed in that to germinate quickly....??.....kinda sounds dangerous but I don't know. Any advice??

That was always my trick, this batch I soaked the seeds in water and kept them in the dark. In less than 24hrs all 6 seeds had germinated and I was able to sew the seeds.

Autoflowers seem to be about explosive growth, after sewing the seeds I had sprouts within 24 hrs in every pot.

Thanks again. I think I'll try one in the DVD Case and one in a Cup...I'll see which one I like best.

Ok so my Diesel Ryder seed has cracked open and has a tail about an 1/8th of an inch long. How soon after it cracks should I transfer it to soil and about how deep should I plant it?

You can do it pretty much right away, I usually let the tail get about 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch long before dropping it in my medium. I make a hole about an inch and a half or two inches deep place it in the hole and place some dirt over it. Don't pack it down.

Awesome! And after I cover it should I water it?

I like to have my medium in the container and have it watered a day or so before I sew my seeds. I would say at the very least water it a couple of hours before you sew, that way the medium can have time to absorb and drain the water before you sew them.
In the past I have watered immediately after sewing, but the other way seems to work better for me.
