also i did get nutrient lock out , had to flush the plants for 2 days using distilled water and half the amount of a flush (its a blueberry flush)this wont bother the plant or did i screw up the plants have perked up and no more brown spots

Yes you can change the brand of nutes or go organic, food is what you're talking about so quality and quantity are the issues not brand.
