I put my exhuast fan right above the lights in the corner..Because heat rises, it's the best location. My temp gauge has dual readings, so I have a temp for the front of the room and a temp for the back of the room (This gives me a temp range since temps may vary at certain parts of the room due to fans and exhaust). Another fan should be to bring in fresh air, this should be at the oppisite side of the room closer to the floor. As for oscillating fans...as long as they move around and blow evenly (and not too vigorously) on your plants you should be fine...I like mine up high blowing down on the babies. I'm setting up my new room now, having a hell of a time finding fans (since fall is here). So it's good you were even able to find them in this season, it seems like everyone switched to heaters all of a sudden. Peace.

ight bro, thanks, that helps, so ive heard that you need an exhaust 2 as fast your intake, is that necessary?

You don't so much need an intake fan as much as just a hole for air to go through. If your set up is air tight and you're putting more air in than out you create pressure. But if you have one fan bigger than the other put the big one on top. good luck
