No but you can make an easy set up by using a water bottle with a hole in the lid. Put half a teaspoon or so of yeast, sugar up to 1/3 the bottle and water until 2/3 full. Shake and put in there. It last about four to six days.

As much as you want until you harvest. Take it out at night so the plant can rest. It works great, I have three on a two day rotation. So there's always a fresh supply of co2.

do i need to cap it without the hole at night?

No, with the build up of co2 you'll create an explosion. Just take the bottle out and toss it back in the morning. If you forget about it once in a while no biggie. If yo just leave it in there the growth will slow and it will get hotter.
