My Medical Marijuana Project

OK, so this will all be a new thing for me. While I do have a lot of technical background believe it or not this is the first time I've actually done my own blog, so everything, I mean EVERYTHING is new to me. Including figuring out how to create entries LOL. And of course I'm doing this in true IT man fashion I'm trial and error it instead of reading the help files!

So, my first thing was researching all of my seed choices. I found myself excited, yet at the same time over it when I found out just how many strains there are. I decided that I didn't want to trust everyone else's clones, and whether or not they got the name right, or didn't mix something up. Or for that matter, decided to not be honest and got some shit weed plants and cloned them for a quick buck. Originally I had a bunch of clones, but by the time I decided to get my medical marijuana recommendation it was very late in the season. So I attempted to find teens, and bigger to fill my garden in attempt to get something out of this grow season.

That didn't work out like I planned, I tried to use a friends hookups, that was a nightmare, and I went to a collective but I decided that they were kind of expensive when I was trying to fill an outdoor plot of 5x10. So I attempted to use cl to find clones, and after getting a few strains that I am pretty sure aren't that great I decided to just do it right. I ended up buying Amsterdam seeds from The Attitude seed bank.

I figured when product is finished being that it is of Amsterdam strains would be a good sell point. Not to mention, I tried to get some strains that were supposed to be great for fighting pain. Being that is my reason for obtaining my medical marijuana recommendation. I am a true pain sufferer not just someone who says they are in be able to smoke weed. However, regardless of why or how one receives a recommendation wouldn't they want to smoke the best there is? Not only that when I do start providing clones, they will be from a mom, that I germinated from seed, and I will know exactly where it came from, and the genetics are as pure as I can get them. My next order will have some regular seeds of strains I will be happy to use as the male so I can get some awesome seeds.

As for now, I have some of my other 2 to 3 ft clones going supposedly cheese, I have about 5 grape apes that are almost done, some AK-47's that were moms at one point, and some teens that are starting to flower. All are outdoor, they had to be moved, and the area is not great for sunlight. However, it's what I have to work with. Next week I am going to start building my temporary green house. I'm going to start framing it probably on Monday or Tuesday, and have 6mil clear plastic I'm going to use, as well as some 2mil mylar Im going to order a 55" x100' roll to use as a reflecting background to attempt to grab as much light as possible. I've also been thinking of getting some high lumen flo's to use in the AM to compensate the lack of AM light in order to start the photosenthases portion of the grow. I am also going to try and do a raised bed within my greenhouse. This should all stretch my growing season until December possibly even January because it should be warm days until then. Hopefully I can compete my grow and have enough product to get donations to start an indoor grow room.

So this is my plan, and probably the longest blob, or blog I will do. The rest should be short, hopefully, and have pics as I move forward. I will probably put some pics of the stuff I have going on now but I'm really excited about the seeds I should hopefully be receiving soon. They say it should be here within 7 to 10 days but could take up to 21 days.


Again, it's been a while since I've done this but it's coming back real quick. There is a lot of info out there but feel free to comment. I may or may not take you up on your opinions, but I will for sure respect them as long as you are respectful. After all, I'm doing this to get info out there. Because I have been fortunate to be forced back into CA due to a divorce, but, where I am living Santa Cruz County has some of the most relaxed prop 215/SB 420 laws around. I am allowed to grow in a 10ft x 10ft area with as many plants as I can have. I am allowed to have in my possession up to THREE pounds of dried product on my at any given time. And this is only for me. Once I become a caregiver with up to three patients that I provide medical marijuana for then it can increase as long as a Dr. increases the recommendation. At least that what I got from it.

So, if the things I do can help someone who has questions but is not lucky enough to live in an area such as mine, and has to do things in private to allude arrest, which is ridiculous! Then I want to help them via any and all info I can give, or pass on.
