Moisture on my plants in my grow box, please help

I have moisture building up on my leaves and dont know how to get rid of it.
I have an exhaust fan at the top and a small fan at the bottom blowing upwards, they are running 24/7. could anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong???? PLEASE!!!

    the moister is most likley the plant trying 2 keep itself from drying out check 2 c if its resin that means its 2 humid but im no expert so mite want 2 get other opinions. do they look healthy other than that?

    Hey pothead, yeah they look real healthy, Im kinda thinkin I may need a cool tube for my light or a dehumidifier or something like that. I switched to 12/12 a week ago and I dont want another repeat of last time when I got bud rot.
