My Journey with Northern Lights

NL#1 is continuing to grow fast, almost 2 inches a day! She is growing little pistils on her secondary branches now. I have to raise the lights every night and every other morning. Sheez.



She only has about a foot and a half more grow room, so hopefully she stops soon. I have the fan pointed onto the lights to reduce heat. I believe I have 8 bulbs up there. The exhaust fan is now on the timer as well.



This is the end of her first week of flowering. Showed sex on the first.

NL#2, sigh...

I don't know what the hell is going on with her.. she didn't want to grow for a whole week. I am starting to see new growth now. I am thinking it was a combination of high heat and the stress training that slowed her down.

A black fly was buzzing around her today.. and I noticed a weird black speck on a top leaf that would not blow or brush off. Before I could think better of it, I reached out and tryed to pick it off with my NAIL! AUGH! I am retarded. I left a small hole in the leaf.. I was worried it was an egg. I hope I didnt damage the leaf by touching it with my skin.



I thought I was gonna scrap her, because she is not the northern lights I was looking for, but she has been SO resilient to torture and smells like lemony heaven. So what the heck. I'll let her live.
