Outdoor strain selection

I basically have been a soil grower most of my 25plus years starting out with bagseed hand selected only by it got me stoned and then grown outdoor year after year with a very basic knowledge of the plant.....That was then....many years ago in a galaxy far far away......anyway....I started out with basically some type of pro mix which is basically mostly peat moss, perlite, and a little lime....basically a good starting point and added some cheap wal mart fertilizer.....I think it was peters 20 20 20.....got pretty damn good at it too ....or I thought so at the time .....Well anyway I eventually got indoors and organics was now my mission thanks to Kyle Kushman and High Times for turning me on to organics....oh yea dont let me forget the local(2-3 hr drive one way) hydro store for giving me the recipe..... or so I thought it was .....which was basically one bale of pro mix add 1 lb high N bat guano,2 lb High P bat guano for flowering switch for veg and I ve been building on this recipe until I stumbled on Subcools Supersoil recipe a couple years ago and figured out what i was missing the cook was it. I wasn't letting all the organics sit for a spell to let the microbes do thier magic. Hey his seeds ain't all that bad either lol.......It's all I use to be exact......Hell I dont even know what other new strains are out there unless their from TGA. I can't tell u how many strains I've grown.....some were pretty dam good. But come to think of it, the fems seeds I got were never special, the auto were okay....even bred a few....Hell I still got em somewhere, and then came a fellow named a Subcool and his magic super soil recipe.....thanks for giving me a breeder I could really look up to.
