Update: Day 19 of 12/12

So like the title says it is Day 19 of 12/12 for these 2 beauties. It looks like the stretch is coming to an end now finally. Well the OG#18 didn't really stretch at all, so I wasn't worried about it at all as far as height is concerned. The OG#18 is still as a short 20". It is quite a bit bigger around though. I'm doing some LST on her to try to help get some light underneath that thick ass canopy. I don't know how much it will help in the end. Next time I grow this plant I will make sure to veg it alot longer. I will just have to make sure I grow it with similar growing plants next time. It is really starting to stink. I can smell it pretty good in the morning when I get up creeping down the hallway away from my grow room. The bud formations are starting to come together now. There are trichs on all of the sugar leaves now. This is looking and smelling like it is going to be a strain that I really like and will probably keep around in the future as a regular. I have so many different genetics to try out before I can really afford to grow it twice in a row. Anyways back on topic.

I started to notice a problem with my Ak-47. It has these small little red dots on a bunch of leaves. These infected leaves have red stems too. A couple of them fell off my plant on it's own, and I pulled a few of the worst ones off myself. I believe that it is a potassium deficiency. I flushed her real good a few minutes ago. I'm not to worried about it right now. I'm sure that I can get it worked out sometime down the line. At least I hope so. Anyways the Ak-47 is looking really nice besides that. The bud formations are starting to come together to actually form buds. This plant is nice and triched up on all the sugar leaves and even on some small fan leaves too! It doesn't have a super strong smell that there is a slight sweet smell that reminds me of something fruity. It looks like I am going to get a nice yield off of her as long as things keep going as they have been. Fingers crossed! Lol! She is a solid 3' tall now, but I think the stretch is pretty much finished now. She might grow a few inches taller over the rest of her life but that is about it.

I have had 2 of 4 seeds pop of these Alphakronik White Diamonds that I have. One is doing alright in my veg box under 2 CFL's. One 26w bulb and one 15w bulb I think. The other seed just popped this morning, but I had to due some surgery to get the whole damn shell off. I got it off, but I am not sure if it will actually make it. I use an exacto knife to get it off. I didn't have a hard time doing it, so I think it has a descent chance of making it. I had actually given up on this seed. I put another seed in a wet paper towel to germ yesterday, and to my surprise when I walked into the grow this morning there was my little deformed newborn. Now I have started germing that other seed, but I can only have 4 plants at a time, so I will have to make a choice soon as to what I am going to do if this seed germs and the newborn pulls thru its surgery as well. That will put me over my limit. Oh well, I will figure it out.

    don't feel bad no body comments on my crappy plants but yours are awesome i hope i can do that soon i am growing a couple outside its my first time and i don't know how good they will be bugs are eating the crap out of them check them out if you want any advice is appreciated i am going to build me a room inside just to grow enough for me and my wife and maybe if i have some left when i harvest again i will hook my uncle up but i want to have a few different kinds with different tastes and for different times of the day i can't fid anything good in Tennessee only Mexican compressed and the only guy i know sells it for 25 for 1/8 and 200 an oz and it shouldn't be no more than 110 so it really sucks that's why i want to grow my own and since i am just growing for me and i don't plan on selling any or telling anybody i know i am growing i hope the police will leave me alone cause i have a little girl and i own my own house i am only 28 and don't want to lose everything i have worked for anyway didn't mean to rant LOL looking good man

    No prolem and welcome derekintn. I am 31 and growing strictly for personal smoke. I can only grow 4 plants at any giving time because more than 4 equals a felony where I am at in KY. I can take a misdemeanor charge without blinking and could care less about a slap on a wrist and a small fine if the worst ever happens. I have grown outside in the past but growing inside is so much easier. You have so much more control over your evironment that it makes growing some beautiful plants much easier imo. Where I am living at now, there is no way that I can grow outside because the neighbors are to close and way to nosy for me to get away with it, so I went inside and am loving it. The main reason I started growing and buying quality genetics online at Attitude was because I was tired of trying to hunt down bud that was descent enough to want to smoke. That bud costs at least $50-$60 an 1/8th, and I just can't afford to spend that much on a bag that will last me 3 days. I have way to many bills just to live in my house. Then I was just sick of smoking that nasty ass compressed weed. Although it is a bit cheaper around my way, I cannot stand smoking that dump. I do have a daughter who just turned 9 a couple months back, but I don't have her at my house all of the time. I just make sure that she knows nothing about what is going on. Plus as long as you are keeping it on a small scale I doubt they would try to take your kids or home over a few plants. I would suggest looking into your local cultivation of marijuana laws and make sure you are not committing a felony by what you are doing. Just in case the worse was to happen. As far as your bugs on your outdoor grow I believe that I have heard of using some kind of pepper sauce to keep bugs and animals away from your babies. I would check on some of the forums on here for better tricks to keep them buggers away! Lol! Good luck friend.

    yeah man your lucky that 4 plants is a misdeminor here is the laws in tn for growing they suck this is from norml

    100 - 499 plants felony 8 - 30 years $ 200,000
    More than 500 plants felony 15 - 60 years $ 500,000

    That is fucked up. I can't believe that growing a single plant could get you a felony charge and possible conviction. Sorry to here that man. I wouldn't be growing shit if that was the case for me. I am a convicted felon for trafficking marijuana when I was 18 back in 1999. I'm 31 now, and have stayed out of trouble for the most part over the years. I never had to go to prison. I just had to see a Probation Officer for 3 years on a monthly basis to show work check stubs and to give a urine test. I finally got to stop reporting after 3 years, and I managed to walk the rest of my 5 years probabtion from that felony charge w/o getting into any trouble. I got my right to vote back, but I cannot ever get this felony expunged off of my criminal record. Nor can I ever own a firearm. I could care less about the firearm, but the felony has limited my job opportunities tremendously. Hell, I have a college degree and still have a hard time finding a good job because of my criminal background. And that is why I could care less about a misdemeanor conviction. Lol!

    my lawyer told my wife a felony was better than a misdemeanor cause they either come off or are sealed after 7 years and a misdemeanor is ther forever i had never heard of that but id its the case its fucked up well all the laws are fucked LOL
